Fireman turned Love Island heart breaker Michael Griffiths was all smiles as he went out for a spot of lunch in Manchester.
Michael, who was caught in a love triangle on the ITV2 dating show with Amber Gill and Joanna Chimonides, looked on top form as he strolled to Rosso restaurant in Manchester city centre.
Ten minutes after Michael, wearing a denim shirt and jeans, arrived at the Spring Gardens venue, fellow Islander Arabella Chi also arrived for lunch at Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand's restaurant.
Michael and model Arabella, who turned heads in a black mini dress, were both in town for meetings following their stint on the hit summer series set in Mallorca which couples up singletons in the sunshine.
On Love Island Michael sparked outrage when he decided to re-couple with Joanna while Amber was on a break at neighbouring rival villa Casa Amor.

Joanna was among the group of newbies that entered the main villa to stir things up while the girls were away and Michael's head was turned and when Amber returned to the villa she was stunned to discover that she was single again.
In a shock twist, Joanna was dumped from the Island in a vote by fellow Islanders but she branded Michael a "snake" after he wouldn't leave the villa with her.
Michael then had a change of heart and admitted he still had feelings for Amber after the arrival of newcomer Greg O'Shea.
Amber was stunned by this, but her heart was mended by charming Greg and she chose to form a couple with him instead. While Michael was dropped from the Island she and Greg went on to win the show.
Arabella also found herself in a love triangle on the show with fellow model Danny Williams, who dumped Yewande Biala for her.
After she was voted off the island with Manchester's Tom Walker, Danny coupled with Jourdan Riane who he is still dating back home in the UK.
