Love Island's Mary Bedford looked very different before her cosmetic work - and you would find it hard to recognise her pre surgery.
Wakefield model Mary, 22, underwent various procedures at MCR Aesthetics who have now posted the before and after pictures of her transformation on Instagram.
The company's post was captioned: "You know how we love a glowup here at MCR! The pic on the left is an old modelling pic, Mary was beautiful then but we love her new look!
"In the media she's been very open and she's spoken lots about how some tweaks can really make a difference to your self confidence. She's so right! Do you agree??" they added.
Instagram users couldn't believe the transformation.
One person said: "What’s she had done..I’d like to book it in genuinely!"
Another added: "So there’s still time and hope for me."
Someone else said: "Absolutely! I agree. A few tweaks can work wonders for your self-esteem! She looks beautiful in both though for sure."
A fourth added: "love everything about her face! Done so nice.. xx."
Mary spoke about some of the work she'd had on her YouTube and in a 'get ready with me' video in June, she talked about he boob job, why she got her surgery and what it did to her life.
She said: "This is actually something that I have never spoken about on Instagram, I've just not felt comfortable speaking about it, it was something that was really...it was an insecurity of mine.
"I had it done a year ago now, obviously I am very young, I'm not promoting getting it done young but, for me, modelling and seeing myself everyday I was so skinny at the time and I just had no boobs and I knew that I wasn't going to get them naturally and it was just a massive insecurity of mine."
She added: "I didn't want big boobs, probably people if you've seen me you wouldn't know I've ever had a boob job 'cause they are so, so natural but, for me, I didn't want them big - I never wanted big boobs, I just wanted something and when I was modelling you could see my ribs through my chest and it was just a massive, massive insecurity of mine."
Mary also had Invisalign braces and their Composite Bonding technique to straighten her teeth.
She also underwent a brow lift, Botox procedures, and lip fillers.
