Love Island's Liberty Poole blown away by clip in 'savage' movie night challenge

Love Island star Liberty Poole looks shaken by the movie night challenge on tonight’s show.

The first look video at Thursday’s instalment sees the boys and girls informed that they will be taking part in a movie night challenge.

Reading a text he has received, Jake Cornish says: “Islanders, Tonight we are treating you to a night at the pictures. #madmovies #21stcenturycocks”

Kaz Kamwi comments: “Guys, they’re putting a TV up and we’re watching a movie, surely.”

However, a suspicious Faye Winter notes: “I feel like there’s more to it.”

During the challenge, the boys and girls compete in a quiz, with the winning team allowed to view a movie clip of their choice.

However, the clip is to show action from the show and seems to stir up some major drama in the villa.

Jake could be seen laughing wildly at one clip they have seen, while the girls are seen debating which video to choose.

They settle on one entitled “She’s Not All That”, with one noting: “It’s going to be rude about someone, isn’t it?”

Kaz is then seen officially selecting the clip to view.

Liam Reardon, who was unfaithful to Millie Court in Casa Amor with Lillie Haynes, is seen chanting: “Please don’t be me, please don’t be me.”

While the video preview does not show what the girls have seen, Liberty can be seen looking shocked and covering her mouth with her hands whilst saying: “Oh my God!”

Meanwhile, Jake Cornish is seen looking red-faced and shocked with his mouth wide open before covering it.

Millie is then seen commenting: “Oh my god, this is actually pure savage. I can’t believe this is happening right now.”

The clip ends with a shot of Liberty looking sideways and awkwardly smiling.

What have the girls just seen? Will it cause trouble between the longest-running couple Jake and Liberty?

While Jake remained faithful to Liberty in Casa Amor, that did not stop him from egging on the other boys and encouraging them to be unfaithful to the girls in the main villa.

Elsewhere in the first look clip, Millie and Liam had a much-needed catch-up about their relationship moving forward, whilst Faye discusses whether she and Teddy Soares need to label their relationship.

Most importantly, however, the brutal dumping of four islanders is on the way and six people are not safe.

One boy will be dumped out of Hugo Hammond, Tyler Cruickshank and Sam Jackson.

One girl will be dumped out of Mary Bedford, Amy Day, and Clarisse Juliette.

Who will stay to love another day in the villa?

*Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub, with previous episodes available on ITV Hub and added to BritBox the following morning.
