Love Island's Liberty and Jake and Faye and Teddy at risk as they're voted least compatible

Love Island's Jake Cornish and Liberty Poole, Faye Winter and Teddy Soares, Priya Gopaldas and Brett Stanliand, and Mary Bedford and Aaron Simpson, were all voted least compatible by their fellow islanders in Sunday's episode.

In their couples, the islanders discussed who they thought was most and least compatible.

The public will now vote for their favourite couple, with the couple who get the fewest votes at risk from being dumped from the island.

Jake and Liberty had been on everyone's lips that night after a row broke out between Jake, Faye and Chloe because they cast doubt on his declaration of love to Liberty.

Liberty Poole had told her girl friends about Jake finally telling her that he loved her - but was met with an awkward reaction.

"You guys are going to be so proud of me. I literally went upstairs and I said how I felt and I didn’t take no s**t and I stood my ground," said Liberty.

"“He then said ‘You know what Lib? You make me feel ways that I didn’t feel before. You make me nervous’ And then he goes ‘I do love you’.

"He said those words to me and I feel so happy."

The girls were silent and looked uncomfortable, with Liberty clearly expecting them to celebrate.

Chloe Burrows said: "You’re going to hate me.

"Do you not think he’s telling you what you want to hear?"

Liberty looked at the girls and asked: "Is that what all you guys think?"

Faye told her: "I don’t know, baby."

Priya Gopaldas had admitted she was bored on her date with Brett Staniland (ITV/REX/Shutterstock)

Liberty asked: "Do you think I’m being an idiot?"

"I don’t think he would say something if he didn’t mean it but I also think is it convenient that he said it this evening after all of this," said Chloe.

Faye told Liberty she needed to leave the conversation because she was going to lose her temper, with Liberty's glow fading as she realised the girls did not believe Jake.

"The only way he could have got out of that corner, is to throw that at you," Faye told Liberty..

"He told you what you wanted to hear in that moment," Chloe agreed.

Toby went to tell Jake what the girls had been saying about his declaration of love not being genuine, and Jake hit the roof.

"i've got to get out of this place," he said, locking himself in the toilet.

Toby stood outside the door trying to check on him, and Jake burst back out and walked through the villa into the garden outside where he sat down, reeling from what he had heard.

But later on in the episode, Jake appeared to have calmed down and returned to the villa, demanding from Toby and Teddy to hear the names of the girls who had doubted him.

Teddy and Toby told him that was not the issue right now - the real problem was how defensive he was getting.

Jake later made up with the girls and told Toby he felt "so much better".
