Love Island's Laura Anderson taking fertility test to check all is in order

Love Island's Laura Anderson has said she wants to take a fertility test just to check how her eggs are.

The Scottish reality star who earlier this week revealed she'd been called a 'wrinkly, washed up has-been’ and said she had lost work because 'I’m the wrong side of 30', admitted it was important for her to check her fertility.

Although she's said that there is no need to rush motherhood, it's clear that the issue has been playing on Laura's mind.

She told her followers on Instagram: "In other news I've just been looking at booking a fertility test.

She added: "I think it's quite important right. I've never had one. Yeah just to check up on everything. I think they can actually tell you how many eggs you have left."

Laura's statement came at the same time as Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattinson revealed that she was undergoing tests after doctors took out her implant.

Vicky, 32, who told fans today that she doesn't want children at the moment, had previously revealed she'd been told by specialists that her fertility in later life was at risk.

Laura said: "I just saw Vicky Pattinson was going to do something similar so I was like ' It's a sign'. I need to do it.

"So I think you just get a blood test and then a scan cause I'd quite like to know to be honest, thinking I'm all invincible sat here."

"You never know. Has anyone done that?" Hs anyone had a test before. Don't know how much they cost. On the google."
