Love Island 's Laura Anderson took to Instagram to say that she's 'p***** off' at trolls on social media constantly writing negative comments.
The 30-year-old posted this morning that she was going to be more mindful about what she says online after receiving a message from an NHS nurse.
In the post she said: "I received a heartfelt message from a nurse on the frontline last night asking me to be mindful whenever I say ‘I’m bored’ We’ve done so well as a nation to come together but I’m keeping myself in check, if you guys will also. After all I’m sure any NHS Worker would rather be ‘bored too. #onlylove #nhsheros #perspective #staysafe "
But one commented: "Can someone please explain to me why she's talking about the NHS with her a** out? I'm confused."
While another said: "You could also post a picture of NHS worker instead? Weren't you on an entire season with one?"
And another wrote: "I don't understand why you would write such important 'heartfelt' words then demean every letter used by posting it under a photo with your backside hanging out. It leaves us wondering how sincere those words were in the first place. You're talking about our beloved NHS, please show some respect. Thank you."
And Laura, originally from Stirling, took to her Instagram story to say she was fed up of people's negative comments. She said: "Honest to god I am so p***** off with f****** trolls on Instagram.
"I have absolutely no idea what goes through people's brains, literally woke up, written out a caption about NHS which was quite important to me - I sat and spoke to someone last night about it - a nurse and everyone is like 'omg why you posting that picture with your a** out? It's got nothing to do with the NHS', it's like who cares? Read the caption, don't read the caption, like the picture, don't like the picture.
She added: "I don't have a picture of myself standing next to a nurse or in a hospital it doesn't matter, it's Instagram, I'm just trying to say my bit, leave me alone."
Back in February, Laura got the words 'Be Kind' tattooed on her wrist in memory of the 40-year-old Caroline Flack who was found dead at her London flat on February 15.
