Sunning herself in a bikini in Duabi, Love Island's Kaz Crossley looked the picture of a successful influencer.
But the 27-year-old explained the reality wasn't as glamorous, telling fans she had taken a nasty fall.
Kaz wore a bandage on her shoulder, and wrote in the accompanying caption: "Fall down seven times. Stand up eight (even if it was face first into the pavement)."
The Love Island 2018 star has been wintering in Dubai during the pandemic. She has been there since October, having travelled there from Spain before any further lockdown restrictions were announced.
Makeup artist Kaz is expected to return to screens this year on MTV's Ex On The Beach alongside her former boyfriend, athlete Theo Campbell, 29.
While both appeared on Love Island, they were on different seasons but met after their time on the show.

The former couple are both expected to head to Colombia for filming in June, with a source telling The Sun : "Theo and Kaz’s break up was messy and there is plenty up for discussion.
"Kaz is the one who ended things with Theo and he felt really burnt by the whole situation."
Theo later said of their breakup: "I got singled!"

He told FUBAR Radio 's Access All Areas show the girls he met on Love Island were 'unstable' but added: "I met Kaz and thought, 'She might be different.'"
But it appears Theo has moved on after their split, as he has recently become a first time dad.
The TV personality broke the exciting news on Instagram by sharing a photo of him dutifully carrying his newborn son in a baby carrier.
Theo appeared to be feeling very emotional as he admitted news he had welcomed a child was going to be a 'massive' surprise for people.
Theo also opted to keep the name of the baby's mother a secret but shared his thanks to her for bringing their son into the world.
