Love Island's Joanna blasted by viewers for grabbing Michael's face after she was dumped

Viewers have hit out at latest Love Island evictee Joanna Chimonides for her aggressive behaviour as she was dumped from the show on Monday night.

After the safe couples decided to save Anna & Jordan from the chop, host Caroline Flack told Michael & Joanna that one of them would be leaving the show.

The decision on their Love Island fate was once again put in the hands of their fellow Islanders, with the majority decision went in Michael's favour, meaning

And she was FURIOUS he didn't walk with her , calling him "a f*****g snake."

Her anger didn't stop there though as she grabbed Michael's face as she had a go at him.

After his treatment of Amber, Michael isn't popular at all with fans of the show, but even they think Joanna went to far.

Some Love Island viewers have slammed her actions, saying if Michael had done the same to her everyone would be in uproar.

One reacted "She grabbed his face and called him a snake. If he’d done the same to her, he’d have been facing all sorts of reprimands.

"Equality is just that. You don’t put your hands on people in anger no matter what sex you are. She should be dropped from interviews etc."

Aldo accusing Michael of double standards, another tweeted "I am honestly still raging from last night, Joanna held Michael’s jawline and called him a fucking snake.

"Michael sat wit boys and was excusing her behaviour then had the right to be nasty to Amber?"

A third posted "Can you imagine if Michael did this to Joanna? Grabbing her face aggressively!

And echoing those sentiments, another tweet read "Imagine it was Michael that grabbed Joanna's face like that!? Disgusting behaviour that women shouldn't be able to get away with."
