Love Island's Jacques O'Neill says his 'head's gone' after being taken to hospital

Love Island's Jacques O'Neill has sparked concern after being taken to hospital.

The former reality TV star took to Instagram to give a health update. He let his 1.3million followers know that the New Year hadn't got off to the best start for him as he showed off his leg and foot encased in a medical boot.

The ex-professional rugby player propped his leg up on a table, with crutches lying next to him. Jacques wrote about how he was feeling as he said: "Head's gone."

He captioned the post: "Was hoping for a better 2023, but starting the year with a fractured foot. Head's gone."

Jacques didn't reveal how he has sustained the injury. But it appeared that he was now back home and resting up.

The TV personality made the difficult decision to leave Love Island mid-season in 2022. He had found love with paramedic Paige Thorne but explained he had been "struggling" on the show and couldn’t watch Paige get to know Adam after he firmly set his sights on her.

After Jacques' departure, Paige and Adam ended up getting together, but just missed out on a place in the Love Island final. Outside the villa their relationship lasted a couple of months before they announced their split in October after Adam was seen hugging a mystery woman in a McDonald's.
