Jack Fincham has showcased his rock-hard abs ahead of his professional boxing debut later this year.
The Love Island winner, 29, has been using his time in lockdown to break a sweat as he revealed the impressive results with a topless snap on social media.
The father-of-one sent fans wild with his buff snap shared on Instagram as he slimmed-down frame certainly caught the eye of many fans.
The reality TV star beamed from ear to ear as he posed up a storm for the snap.
Jack's belt read "Nanny" in a touching nod to his late grandmother who passed away last year after a battle with cancer.
"Buzzing to get these bad boys on and cause some damage this year," he wrote alongside the snap.
It wasn't long before fans flocked to the comments section to compliment the aspiring boxer on his impressive physique.
"Looking in good shape mate! Good luck," one fan wrote.
Another penned: "Go get em Jack! Impressive stuff."
While a third fan added: "Good luck! Rooting for ya."
Jack even has an Instagram page devoted to his fitness pursuits, writing on there that he was: "Just a normal lad trying to smash the new year making better lifestyle choices and leading a healthier and fitter life hopefully help some people along the way."
It comes as Jack just signed up to appear on his third dating show - Ex On The Beach - following his spells on both Love Island and Celebs Go Dating.
The father-of-one is hoping to secure a love match on the new series, which is set to be filmed in Colombia.
He is said to be ready to "settle down" after welcoming a daughter, Blossom, with ex Casey Ranger.
