Love Island winner Jack Fincham has lost two stone, after splitting from Dani Dyer.
Jack has ditched his dad bod for a six pack in just a few months, as he worked hard to shed the pounds.
As well as losing two stone, Jack has lost 11cm off his waist and 42% body fat - reports Mirror Online.
Before starting the Protein World Slender Plan challenge, Jack weighed in at 15 stone 12lbs, with doctors labelling the 5’11” star as “clinically obese”.
He now weighs in at an impressive 14 stone 6lbs, losing 9kgs in total.

Jack said of his recent transformation : “I am so grateful for Protein World’s help with getting me training right and eating more healthily and providing me with an incredible personal trainer who helped me focus on training correctly.

Since signing up, amateur boxer Jack has concentrated on eating a well-balanced diet, supplemented with Protein World’s Slender Plan, and training hard as he prepares to return to the ring as a professional.

Jack’s trimmed down look has been unveiled just weeks after he confirmed his split from actor Danny Dyer’s daughter.
The pair became the nation's favourites during last summer and won the £50,000 prize.
But in April the pair split for good, after also briefly splitting in December.
Since the split Jack has thrown himself into the gym, while Dani was spotted kissing her ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence.
Jack later claimed he had a “lucky escape” from Dani, accusing her of “showing her true colours” after moving on so quickly.
