Love Island beauty India Reynolds has shared her heartache as her grandad has died aged 92.
The reality TV star, 29, informed her followers of the tragic news in an emotional Instagram post on Sunday.
She announced her grandfather had died on Saturday, writing that he took his "final nap" in his chair.
Sharing a montage bursting with memories of her beloved grandad, India wrote: "Sadly my lovely grandpa had his final nap In his chair yesterday and closed his eyes forever."
India said she was "grateful" that her dad got to spend time with him before he died during the coronavirus lockdown.
She continued: "He was 92 and although my hearts broken I'm so grateful for all the wonderful memories I'll cherish, and even more so for all the weeks my dad got to spend caring for him during corona."
While the cause of his death is unknown, India proceeded to tell her followers about her favourite photo with her grandad.
She added: "This is one of my favourite memories, we got him a kitten as a surprise Christmas present 4 years ago and although he could no longer move around much, it was lovely to see the happiness it brought, and them napping together in his chair.
"It's a strange time at the moment and I hope we see huge changes for the better."
The former glamour model encouraged her fans to "love everyone a little deeper" in reference to the problems being faced across the globe at the moment.
"But please remember to love everyone a little deeper, laugh a little harder and dream a little bigger," she said.
"You never know what's round the corner. Sleep peacefully grandpa love you xxx"
She received floods of support and condolences from her friends in the showbiz world after posting the emotional update.
