The summer series is coming to a close, but already, hints are being dropped about the much awaited winter instalment.
And the show’s narrator Iain Stirling has told Good Morning Britain that it might not be too far away.
Appearing with entertainment reporter Richard Arnold in Mallorca, Iain confirmed he will be returning to do the villa’s voiceovers, and promised the show will be "enjoyable".
He told on Good Morning Britain: "Do you know what, it's gonna be an absolute blast.
"Winter Love Island is gonna come back sooner than you thought and it's gonna be enjoyable."
Last week it was confirmed that the show would be airing twice a year from 2020. It hasn't been confirmed yet whether host Caroline Flack will join him.
While the show’s summer series is filmed in Mallorca, for the new winter show, the islanders will be heading to South Africa.
Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions at ITV, said: "Off the back of a record-breaking year, we're delighted to be bringing an extra series of our biggest and sunniest show to the 2020 schedule.
"Love Island has proven yet again to be the perfect format that engages younger audiences.
"In response to this viewer appetite, a new batch of young singletons will deliver some highly anticipated post-Christmas romance and drama from our new and luxurious location."
The Love Island live 2019 final airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2.
