Love Island's Iain Stirling takes cheeky dig at host Caroline Flack

Love Island narrator Iain Stirling threw a little shade at show host Caroline Flack with a cheeky dig at her villa entrances.

Comedian Iain saw the funny side of a sequence which saw Amber Gill heading out for her date with new boy Danny Williams.

Iain announced: "It's time for the next speed date," as a buoyant Amber is seen walking from the villa in dramatic slo-mo

He then comments: "Well, I say speed date, it's going to take Amber all day to get there at this rate.

"Who do you think you are? Caroline Flack?"

The irony of Love Island is that while those in the show are looking for romance under the sun, Caroline herself has been unlucky with her relationships.

It has only been just over six months since her engagement to The Apprentice star Andrew Brady,28, was called off and she has had a brief dalliance with England rugby star Danny Cipriani.

And she's said that in a bid to move on from her heartache she signed up to Raya, an exclusive dating app for "people in the creative industries".

Caroline told the Daily Star : "I was on Raya for a while, I met quite a few people on there.

"I'm dating. Even though I’ve had ups and downs in my love life, I do still adore love.

"Sometimes things work out, sometimes they don’t."

It would seem that Iain might not be in her good books for a little while if he continues to slip in jokes aimed at her love life.

Love Island airs all week at 9pm on ITV2.
