Love Island's Iain Stirling celebrated his lockdown birthday in 'the pub' with his new wife and fellow Love Island star Laura Whitmore.
Those who fleetingly glimpsed at Iain's social media might have been forgiven for thinking he was flouting Covid rules - until he explained he has his own home pub and managed to enjoy a pint or two there during his celebrations.
Edinburgh born Iain was treated to a host of goodies by Irish born Laura, 35, who also posted up a pre lockdown picture of them kissing on Dublin's Ha'penny bridge.

As well as enjoying some low alcohol Brew Dog beer, and Sushi Samba mocktails and sushi delivered to their home, Iain got an extra special pressie from Laura who decorated their home with birthday banners and tinsel .
He sounded particularly chuffed as he told fans about his specially baked cheesecake from his new wife.

He wrote on Instagram: "For my birthday I asked laura for a cheesecake. She made me this baked Cheesecake from scratch. It meant the world to me. If nothing else this last year has taught me how much the little things matter. So with that in mind to everyone who sent bday messages, DM’s and texts today... I thank you. My birthday has been brilliant, and it’s all down to those little things. I’m a lucky boy. I guess what I’m trying to say is; to everyone struggling, just concentrate on those little things. They are out there. I promise x"
The latest celebrations come after Iain and Laura who secretly married at the end of last year announced they are also expecting their first child this year.
