The 24-year-old former Love Island contestant wowed fans earlier this month when she revealed she was having fillers injected into her face to create a new chin.
And now that the surgery has been completed, the reality star appears more than thrilled to be showing it off.
Like any self respecting reality star, Georgia set her sights on long-time z-list TV star haunt Faces Nightclub in Essex - where many a TOWIE star has hit the dance floor over the past few decades.

“Cheers for the chin,” Georgia wrote as she shared a snap of herself posing in the dark streets of Essex on her night out.
Dressed in a clouds and angels print minidress, the blonde beauty’s newly appointed chin could be clear for all to see.
Earlier this month, Georgie took to her Instagram story to reveal she was having dermal fillers injected into her chin and jawline to transform her looks.
She filmed herself at Beyond Medical Centre in Kensington, London, where she had the treatment on her face.

She gushed to fans before being injected by expert Dr Hala Elgmati.
The ex-TOWIE star had previously attended the opening of the clinic, run by facial plastic surgeon Dr Bashar Bizrah, last month.
She told her fans in an earlier Instagram post she "couldn't wait to go back" for a treatment.

Today, she told her followers: "I fell in love with the surgery there. The doctors are all amazing and they really do know what they're talking about.
"Therefore, after having a consultation I decided to cop myself a new chin!
"I'm going there today and they're going to put a little bit of filler in my chin, and maybe something else, I'll get the doctor to explain when we're there, but, big day for me! How exciting! New chin! Woohoo."
