Faye Winter has said she would look like a “60-year-old woman” if she didn’t have Botox.
The Love Island beauty, who is dating fellow contestant Teddy Soares after meeting on this year’s ITV2 dating show, is no stranger to procedures.
In the past the 26-year-old former estate agent has admitted to having Botox, lip fillers and a boob job.
Speaking to Pretty Little Thing’s Behind Closed Doors podcast, Faye said: “We’re all trying to live in our little holes and just want to be in our relationships while trying to do the new jobs – and it’s just madness.
“And people question why I get Botox. That is it – the stress. I mean, I would look like a 60-year-old woman.”

While Faye backs having cosmetic procedures, she revealed things haven’t always gone to plan with her own treatments.
The reality TV star shared she once had to use a sex toy to massage her face after a round of Botox injections left her looking like she had the face paralysing condition, Bell’s palsy.
Recalling the hilarious anecdote, she told the podcast: “I looked like I had Bell’s palsy on both sides of my face. It was completely dropped.
“Everyone kept saying to me ‘Put the back of an electric toothbrush on your forehead to try and get the muscle moving’.

She continued: “I was going up to London and it’s a three-hour drive. I had my car in cruise control so I could just hold the toothbrush on my eyebrow.
“Then I realised the toothbrushes were in the back of the car, so I was rummaging around in my handbag and I found a vibrator and I thought, ‘S***, that will do.’
“So I just shoved it on and was driving along with a dildo on my head.”

Although Devon-born Faye says she is happy she had a boob job at 18 as it gave her confidence, she has been toning down the lip fillers recently.
At the start of this month, the Love Islander had 4ml of filler taken out of them after years of topping them up.
The average treatment usually uses just 0.5 to 1 ml of filler to achieve fuller lips.
But despite cutting back, her lips are still not completely natural as she had a more filler put back in.
She said: “I have built my lips up over time, so I did forget how small they were. To have them completely dissolved, it was a shock to the system.
“I had 4ml in my lips when I went into Love Island. I have only got 1 ½ now and that's all I'm going to have.”
Writing in Closer magazine, Faye added she had no plans to stop using filler for the moment
"I currently love my lip filler, but who knows? Maybe next year I’ll go even more natural."
