The Love Island girls were left heaving during Saturday night's episode as Faye Winter regaled them with some pretty disgusting tales.
The latest episode of Love Island : Unseen Bits saw viewers treated to some unforgettable scenes that weren't aired during the week.
One particular bit saw Faye explain why she doesn't enjoy eating pasta - a question viewers had been asking ever since the boys cooked the girls a romantic meal.
Faye was heard telling Teddy that she hates pasta as he presented her with a bowl of spaghetti, but fans of the show were shocked.
However, Faye has a pretty concrete reason for not eating pasta - and she just couldn't wait to tell the girls about it.

“I feel so sick that spaghetti’s been in front of me,” Faye told them, as Mary asked: “Do you actually really hate pasta?”
“I hate it," Faye replied, as Priya then quizzed her: “Have you had a bad experience with pasta?”
“I was ill with it when I was like seven. I remember a bit of spaghetti, I had to pull it out of my nose," Faye revealed.

But Mary was not impressed and shouted out: "No don’t tell me, it will make me feel sick!"
But Faye completely ignored Mary's comment and continued: "I was stood in my mum and dad’s doorway in their bedroom and I had to pick it out of my nose."
“I don’t even know how that’s possible, that actually makes me feel a bit ill," Mary told her looking disgusted.

“I’m alway sick out my nose. Yeah, I’m sick but it comes out of my nose too," Faye then added as Mary replied: "That’s disgusting though, that’s not normal.”
But Faye's stomach-churning stories didn't end there as she later revealed that her dad once severed his little toe.
As the girls discussed body parts and needing your little toe in order to maintain your balance, Faye threw a spanner in the works.
“My dad’s only for four toes!" she announced as Millie replied: “You can’t not have a little toe."

“He ain’t got a little toe and he walks absolutely fine," Faye responded. "He cut it off with a hedge trimmer and he didn’t realise till he got home and it was in his sock!"
The rest of the girls looked stunned as they realised what Faye had just said, but once again Faye didn't look too bothered.
Love Island continues on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2.
