Love Island star Dr Alex George has had a wave tattooed on his wrist in memory of his younger brother Llyr George.
Llyr was just 19-years-old when he took his own life after struggling with his mental health during the 2020 lockdown.
Llyr had also hoped to become a doctor and was set to start medical school a month before the tragedy.
Since his death, Dr Alex has increased his efforts in campaigning for mental health.

In February 2021 Dr Alex was made Youth Mental Health Ambassador by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and since then he has spoken out for mental health, including defending Strictly Come Dancing contestant Tilly Ramsay.
Now he has got a tattoo in memory of his brother and posting to Instagram revealed the delicate wave tattoo on his inner wrist and said he misses Llyr every day.
He said: "This ones for you my boy. After losing Llyr, I have wanted to pay a permanent tribute to him and what he means to me. I miss him every single day."
In another post he revealed the meaning and symbol of the story behind his brother's name, saying Llyr is a figure in Welsh mythology and in Celtic means a mythical king and in Welsh from the sea.
Posting to Instagram, he said: "To Llyr, God Of The Sea" with a blue heart emoji.
Dr Alex , who is from Carmarthen, is also currently an A&E doctor and will be presenting a documentary for this year's Children In Need called Dr Alex Our Mental Health Crisis.
He described the documentary as "one the hardest thing I've ever done, but at the same, the most important." and has revealed that the documentary will be coming soon to BBC One.
