Love Island star Demi Jones has fans baffled and amused with a gaffe that could go down in the history books.
Maybe not one for geography, Demi made the sensational claim that people from Holland are called..."Hollandaise."
Chatting in a circle, she asked Biggs: "So can you speak a little bit in Hollandaise?"
"Hollandaise?!" Biggs cried.
"Is that what's called?" wondered Ched.
"It's Dutch!" an astonished Biggs yelled.
"How can Demi say hollandaise is the language spoken in Holland?" one fan asked, "Nah I'm done with this show..."
Another laughed: "Demi thinking the language of Netherlands was hollandaise and being so sure about it is me when I'm wrong but want everyone to agree with me #loveisland."
A third penned: "'Can you speak a bit of hollandaise' Demi the gift that keeps on giving."
A fourth corrected: "Demi: Do you speak Hollandaise? (Hollandaise sauce?) Correction: It's Dutch."
Earlier in the show, she taught a couple of the other girls a cheer-leading routine in which they had to spell out the word "Angels."
The only problem being she spelled it "Angles."
One chuckled: "A-N-G-L-E-S...Demi is a genius. #LoveIsland."
Another gushed: "Oh bless demi chanting Angles rather than angels, she's too precious. #Loveisland."
Love Island is back tomorrow evening, with fans anticipating even more fallout from Callum's savage dumping of Shaughna.
He had his head turned in Casa Amor by model Molly, with frosty scenes playing out as Callum returned to the main villa with Molly on his arm.
"Congrats hun," was all Shaughna said.
Luke T managed to win the hearts of the nation when he gave Shaughna a cuddle for comfort.
Shaughna and Demi are the only singletons left in the villa, after Demi's former flame Nas dumped her for Casa Amor girl Eva.
Fans have reached out to ITV bosses to beg them to take good care of Shaughna and protect her mental health.
