Love Island's Danny trolled with racial abuse and death threats after dumping Yewande

Love Island contestant Danny Williams is receiving a torrent of abuse online after sending Yewande home.

The 21-year-old model made the controversial decision to ditch his partner in the hopes of finding love with Arabella Chi – and it didn't go down well with a lot of the public.

However, some trolls took their anger way too far, taking to his social media to attack him with racial and homophobic slurs and death threats.

"GAY FRUITY DON," one person wrote on his Instagram page.

A third commented: "Someone better take his N-word card before I take his soul".

While a fourth added: "Every black girl in Ireland is giving their n***a the side eye".

The vile comments were soon combated by loyal fans and pals, voicing their support over his decision.

"Does he pick the person he feels he has a stronger connection with after such a short time or the person who showed him no affection till someone else came in and started to show a liking towards him.

"He can’t pick yewande just cause the other girls want her to be in there cause she’s their friends."
