Love Island's Curtis crashes sex website as fans Google his favourite eagle position

Love Island's Curtis Pritchard literally broke the internet after revealing his favourite position in the bedroom.

The dancing professional, whose brother is Strictly's AJ Pritchard, left the whole nation frantically Googling his chosen sex position on Tuesday after he spilled it during a game.

Telling his fellow islanders that he was partial to a move called 'the eagle,' he added that people would have to do their own research if they wanted to know what it entailed.

"The eagle is my favourite romantic position, we shall say," he said. "I will leave you all to find that one out yourself because I'm not telling you what it is".

And it seems that quite a few viewers took his suggestion, as not long after he made the cheeky confession multiple sex information websites appeared to crash because they were getting too much traffic.

Several fans rushed to share screenshots of their failed searches, joking that they were pleased they weren't the only ones who had to look up the quirky position.

One website called sexinfo101.com presented users with an error message, which read: "This website is under heavy load (queue full)."

While another, called sexpositions.club also appeared to be experiencing an "internal service error".

Sharing a snap of their search, one fan joked: "Guess I wasn’t the only one who wanted to know what the eagle was #LoveIsland ".

While another wrote: "Certain man searching for 'the eagle' to spice up their sex life #loveisland".

"How many people had to google what the eagle was?... asking for a friend #loveisland ," a third wrote.

As another shared their error page alongside a string of laughing emojis, commenting: "Hows the eagle broke the internet then".

Fans are unlikely to see Curtis enact his favourite position in the villa, as he's promised he won't be getting intimate under the glare of the cameras.

Before entering the show, he said that he felt sex was too "private" for a reality show – but revealing his favourite position isn't, apparently!

*Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
