Love Island's Callum licks Molly before she sucks his finger amid sordid drama

Callum Jones and Molly Smith cement their blossoming relationship on tonight's Love Island by sucking each other's fingers.

The Islanders take part in another raunchy challenged as the main villa and Casa Amor are challenged to play ‘Head Over Heels’.

They have to place their hands and feet on emojis on the mat as directed then perform a task while holding that position in a sordid version of Twister.

This includes licking necks, sucking fingers, blowing a raspberry on someone’s belly and of course kissing.

Earning his first snog with Natalia as a result, Luke M admits: “Our first kiss, I doubt it will be the last.”

Finn has a grin on his face when he directs the Casa Amor gang to suck each other's fingers.

Callum has a massive grin on his face when Molly gets the scaffolder's fingers in her mouth.

In the Beach Hut, Molly admits: "He's got nice hands...for a scaffolder."

But there isn't the same level of enjoyment going on in the main villa as Siannise gets her fingers sucked by Biggs.

Mortified Siannise says: "A finger suck. That was disgusting!"

Things get worse when she has to suck Biggs' finger - and he is certainly loving it far more than she is.

Callum doesn't waste any time in getting to know Molly better.

The pair share another snog as they compete to win the challenge.

Who else gets up close and personal and which couples come out victorious?

After their smooch in the challenge, Callum pulls Molly to one side for a private chat to tell her how he’s feeling.

Callum says: “I feel like when I came in here I didn’t think my head would turn. I did say it would take someone special for me to turn. And I do think that could potentially be you.”

When Molly asks if she is making him nervous, he replies: "A little bit, it’s just you."

As they share another kiss, is this the end for Callum and Shaughna?
