Love Island's Brad McClelland dumped from villa as Lucinda stays in cruel twist

Brad McClelland has walked from the Love Island villa after he was dumped in a cruel twist.

The 26-year-old labourer had just enjoyed his first date with partner Lucinda, before the pair were voted the least compatible couple by the public in last night’s show.

Producers then gave the couple the awful choice of who should leave the ITV2 show out of the two of them.

Tonight’s episode saw Brad walk out the villa by himself, as Lucinda's search for on-air love continues.

Brad said that he wanted to give Lucinda an opportunity to stay on the programme.

Lucinda went on to offer that they both leave the show together, but it was Brad who packed his bags.

Viewers were asked to choose their favourite couples following Monday night’s recoupling.

In an intense fire pit gathering on Tuesday night, the islanders received texts which revealed the four couples who received the most votes from the public, and are therefore safe.

Millie and Liam were the first couple saved by the public.

They were followed by Liberty and Jake; Kaz and Aaron; and Faye and Teddy.

Hugo and Sharon; and Chloe and Toby were also saved from being dumped out of the show.

All of the islanders wished Brad goodbye for the final time on tonight’s show.
