Viewers are much more used to seeing the 28-year-old stunner strutting around in skimpy swimwear, so Arabella is almost unrecognisable clad in a variety of chic dress with her hands pressed to her back and what appears to be a prosthetic stomach around her middle.
The promotional pictures are still visible on the ASOS website as Arabella hopes to continus her stint on the ITV2 dating show with tonight's recoupling.
