Love Island's Anna Vakili says her pharmacy has run out of PPE and has to rely on donations

Anna Vakili has revealed that the pharmacy she works at has run out of personal protection equipment (PPE) in the fight against coronavirus.

The Love Island beauty, who has returned to work as a pharmacist after finding fame on the show, says the business is having to rely on donations to protect themselves against catching the bug.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Anna, 29, thanked the person who had donated gloves and hand sanitiser after her pharmacy ran out.

Sharing a picture of the donated items, she said: "These have been donated by someone so kind as we were out of gloves.

"So many volunteers have also helped out so much delivering medicines to at risk people that are self-isolating."

Anna returned to work as a pharmacist earlier this month to help fight coronavirus.

The brunette beauty previously bragged that her mum didn't have to work anymore since she left the villa.

Her appearance on Love Island meant she made thousands on lucrative deals.

But she said "it felt wrong not to" help out during the pandemic.

Anna announced the news by posting a picture of herself in a suit working behind the counter of the pharmacy.

She said: "First day back working as a Pharmacist since leaving Love Island. It's been almost a whole year!

"Wow can't believe how fast it's gone. Wasn't really planning on registering yet but with everything that’s going on it felt wrong not to.

"We can all fight this together. Stay safe. Stay home. Save lives."
