Losing partner Sherif Lanre from the villa is just the latest romantic disappointment to hit Anna Vakili, it has been revealed.
According to Anna's lookalike baby sister, the pharmacist has endured heartbreak before entering the villa - which could continue tonight as the latest recoupling looms.
Anna, 28, was happily paired up with Sherif Lanre before he was kicked out for breaking villa rules.
Her sister Mandi, 27, now fears for Anna's future on the show and claims she can tell she's feeling fed-up and lonely.
Mandi said: "She’s one of the oldest in there and she’s had so many relationships and none have worked out.
"She feels like she’s tried everything. I can tell she’s feeling a bit isolated.”
Mandi also told New magazine that none of the guys in the villa are right for Anna - even Scottish charmer Anton Danyluk who previously showed interest in her.
Asked who Anna might fall for if she was given the chance to stay in the series, Mandi said it looked unlikely she'd couple up with any of the contestants.
She explained: "Curtis and Joe are completely taken and Michael and Anton have become like brothers to her. There is literally no one for Anna."
But Mandi said that despite appearing vulnerable, Anna is not the kind of girl to start manipulating the boys to secure her place.
"She’s not the type to play a game and start acting sexy and flirting to secure her place," she said.
After having been let down so many times in the past, Anna signed up to the dating series in attempt to find love with someone special, explains sister Mandi.
"With Anna's last boyfriend who she was with for seven months. It was really hard for her and it took ages for her to get over it.
“She had the most amazing fairytale-type relationship and then it ended so abruptly with no explanation,” explained Mandi.
Tonight the boys in the villa will get to pick the couple they want to be coupled up with.
And it already looks set to be an explosive episode with Lucie Donlan flirting with Tommy Fury in front of her current squeeze Joe Garratt.
In a teaser clip from tonight's show, boxer Tommy and Lucie are seen whispering together and giggling before running into the kitchen to play a game.
