Anna received an outstanding amount of support from celebs and fans alike in the comments beneath the photograph.

Her biggest fan and lookalike sister Mandi took to Instagram to share how proud she was.

She rose to fame on Love Island (ITV)

She wrote: "Insanely proud of my sister who went back to be a pharmacist after a year to help with the current crisis. Inspiration."

It comes after Anna said her mum was able to stop working because she had earned so much money on the back of Love Island.

The reality star landed a number of lucrative deals since her rise to fame.

One of her achievements included launching a snazzy shoe collection with her sister Mandi in collaboration with Simmi London.

She told New! magazine : "It's changed for the better. I'm very grateful for all of the things that have come my way, but the best thing about it is my mum doesn't have to work anymore.

"There have definitely been more ups than downs."
