Love Island's Andrew LePage insists Paige and Adam haven't broken up

Former Love Islander and Swansea paramedic Paige Thorne has been dishing out advice to her fans as she returns to her job with the emergency services. The 24-year-old has been answering questions on Instagram after getting back into the swing of things with some bank shifts, covering topics such as how not to take her stressful job home with her and how she stays calm under the immense pressure of being a paramedic.

Paige's inspiring and informative videos on her Instagram Stories come as her Love Island other half jets off to Bali following reports the two may be taking a break after the Geordie was spotted with his arm around a girl in McDonald's. The Welsh Love Island star doesn't mention Adam in her stories, instead she answers fans' questions about being a paramedic.

Paige and Adam have recently returned from a trip to Rome after the pair also spent time together in Swansea and London. Adam's representatives have released a statement denying the claims about the Mcdonald's images and neither Adam nor Paige have spoken about the rumours on their social media. Now Adam has jetted off to Bali, solo, with Paige attending an event at Thorpe Park alone. However, their Love Island co-star, Andrew LePage, has told The Sun the pair are still together, he said: “Paige and Adam are still together - they’re really good and Paige is good. The reason Adam isn’t here is because he’s had to fly to Bali. They haven’t broken up."

Dealing with a question about how she doesn't take her work home with her, Paige advises "never leave work with something on your mind" and to talk about it with her colleagues who have gone through the same thing on shift. Paige also revealed that she and her team get their "fair share" of aggression while out on a job and said that she "kills it with kindness" because no one is being angry for no reason.

Paige, who revealed she hated jobs involving feaces and was inspired to become a paramedic because she doesn't like feeling helpless, said she was a little nervous at first but it didn't take her long to relax, also explaining to her followers how she keeps calm in the stressful job. She said: "While I was nervous at first then within about 10 minutes being with my colleagues it felt like I'd never left and it was just nice to do something that I'm comfortable doing. And just doing something is normal for me."

On staying calm, she gave advice that she probably drew on while in the Love Island villa earlier this summer, she said: "You literally take it back to basics you stick to your ABCs, airway, breathing, circulation and you literally can't go wrong. If you stick to that you'll be absolutely fine. And even if you aren't and again, the trick is to make it look like you're not because if they can see you panic and if patients, passers-by, family members can see you panicking, they're going to panic and your situation can be made 10 times worse. So Pokerface, please."
