Love Island's Amy turns on Curtis after discovering sickening truth in preview

There was a lot for Love Island fans to deal with at the end of Tuesday night's explosive episode.

After the jaw-dropping recoupling ended there was a dramatic preview for Wednesday's show.

Michael Griffiths was getting blasted from all sides during a blazing row with Amber Gill and Anna Vakili.

However, viewers were just as eager to watch Amy Hart finally discover the shocking truth about Curtis Pritchard.

In tense scenes, Curtis takes Amy over to one side so they can discuss what has happened during her time at Casa Amor.

The professional ballroom dancer had warned his partner that they needed to chat but it was nothing to worry about.

So it clearly comes as a shock to Amy when Curtis explains that he has been a naughty boy and had his head turned.

Angrily pointing her finger, Amy says: "I was coming back here to tell you I love you."

How will Curtis get out of this sticky mess?

This comes after Curtis left the rest of the Islanders gobsmacked when he confessed he had been lying to himself and Amy.

During the recoupling, he said: "Amy and I haven’t had any tests or any bump in the road really and things were going fantastic until a couple of days ago.

"Basically a young lady walked into the villa and made me realise a lot of things.

"Over the past four days I’ve found out more about myself and my feelings than ever before and made me realise I had been lying to myself, and most of all, Amy. And that's not a good thing."

Love Island fans took to Twitter after watching the explosive preview.

"Tomorrow nights episode is gonna suck so much, I feel for Amy so much. She may have things Curtis "doesn't like" but surely that makes her human?? She's gonna be so hurt and I'm gonna hurt for her," said one viewer.

Another added: "Amy looks like she’s actually gonna kill him and I’m so scared for tomorrow’s episode idk what to feel"

"I get the Amber/Michael drama; but we’re forgetting that Curtis is going to have to explain himself to Amy tomorrow night. That’s what I’m tuning in for. That," said a third.

A fourth agreed: "I would have had more respect for Curtis if he hadn’t picked Amy but one of other new girls given what he said. Amy is going to lay into him by looks of it tomorrow"

*Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on ITV2
