Love Island's Amy Hart seen for the first time since quitting the villa

She may have a broken heart but Amy Hart is still smiling as she was spotted for the first time since quitting the Love Island villa.

Air hostess Amy posed up for a picture with Laura Whitmore at the airport as she prepared to jet back to the UK.

Laura, who is dating Love Island's voice-over comic Iain Stirling, captioned the sweet shot: "Bumped into this sweetheart at the airport amyhart1707 just wanted to give her a hug. She’s so lovely x."

Amy, 23, grinned in the snap and looked stunning with her blonde locks freshly dyed.

The 26-year-old former air stewardess had been kept in hiding in Spain since walking out of the villa on Tuesday, and did not have her phone returned to her by ITV bosses.

Her shock exit saw her become the fifth islander to leave the show within 24 hours.

Last night saw Amy come out of hiding following extra therapy sessions from the show’s aftercare team in a bid to help her cope with her heartbreak.

Returning to the villa briefly, she finally revealed that she chose to leave the villa because she had fallen in love and her heart had been broken.

Holding Curtis’ hand on the terrace, a tearful Amy told him she still loved him, but admitted that neither would be able to move on if the were both under the same roof.

Also crying, Curtis pleaded with his ex-half-girlfriend to stay, but Amy replied: “I have to go.”

Her fellow Islanders were also left in tears as Amy explained: “When you love someone you have to let them go".
