Love Island's Amy Hart says she would have a baby without a man

Love Island's Amy Hart has outlined her plan to have a baby by herself.

Amy was heartbroken this summer, as Curtis told her he didn't want to be with her any more , despite her falling in love with him.

Former air hostess Amy left the villa to get away from her former flame - and has since been enjoying herself on the town.

Today Amy appeared on Loose Women as a panellist and spoke about how she's planned to have a baby by herself.

Amy confessed she'd decided that if she hadn't found the right man by 35, she would try and have a child on her own.

Amy said: "I was really worried about it in my early twenties and my mum told me that she would support me if I decided to have a baby on my own further down the line.

"I know I'd be a single mum, but I'd be well prepped for that and I've got very supportive family and friends, I think it's fine."

Saira was critical of Amy's plan, saying it would be so hard for her, but Amy insisted it was an important thing to her.

Amy said: "A baby is more important to me than anything else, I've always been very maternal and it's very important to me."

Ideally Amy would have a baby with a partner and she described her perfect man as: "Someone who is funny, kind, trustworthy and just a nice person with banter."

*Loose Women continues tomorrow at 12:30pm on ITV
