Amy Hart has credited her new boyfriend with giving her back her confidence and if her laid back appearance in her new Instagram story is anything to go by - it seems he's succeeded.
The ex-Love Islander posted the video of her snuggling up to her new boyfriend Sam Rason, whose arm can be seen in shot.
Explaining that the former face of Aldi's hot cross buns isn't quite 'Instagram ready', Amy, looking relaxed in her pyjamas thanks everyone for their messages wishing the new couple well.
"We've been to a barbeque today so we're just chilling watching Instant Family," Amy says.
"He [Sam] doesn't feel like he's Instagram ready right now but I'm in bed with my pyjamas and no make on.


"Thanks for all the lovely messages. Love you all," after which she blows her fans a kiss.
The reality star had a difficult journey Love Island and told fans that "good things come to those who wait" as she went public with her new man.

The reality TV star, who previously admitted that she had never been in a relationship before, was flooded with sweet messages from fans who congratulated Amy on her love story.
