Love Island's Amber Gill gets into nasty spat with Luca Bish's sister over villa antics

Amber Gill has got into a fierce row with Luca Bish's sister who took umbrage with her comments over his behaviour in the villa.

The Love Island star, 24, had Tweeted the fishmonger was "public enemy number one" and said his antics towards Tasha Ghouri had turned the show into "Bully Island".

She wrote on Twitter : "Tasha thought Luca was her best mate????????? Luca is public enemy no1 equal with Dami #loveisland".

Amber then retweeted: "Luca and Dami have turned this season into Bully Island and have sucked all the fun out of it. It's just uncomfortable to watch."

Luca's sister Claudia - who has been running his social media accounts - was furious by the remarks and came onto Amber's Instagram live to call her out.

Amber later told fans: "Luca's sister came on my live?? I don't why cos I'd say exactly the same regardless of anything. I'd say it to his face too xxx.

"It was really sad because after her comments on my live people started sending me death threats so it's just a vicious circle you can't control crazy people wanting to hate I understand she's upset and I hate that but all my tweets are comedy only.

"I gave his family no stick. She came onto my live when I wasn't even talking about love island. They shouldn't look at my tweets as it's all hyperbole that's my sense of humour I don't genuinely dislike anyone on the show and it's never that deep."

It comes after Luca's family has responded to the backlash from fans over his reaction to Gemma Owen's 'flirting' with fellow Islander Billy Brown.

Viewers had called on Michael Owen's daughter to dump the fishmonger, 23, as he raged after watching her harmless interaction with another boy in Casa Amor during the show's notorious Movie Night.

The pair were recently seen having a conversation in the kitchen, when Billy placed his arm around her and Gemma told him to get off.

Clearly worried about how Luca would react, especially as he was watching them from the bean bags like a hawk, Gemma told him friends couldn't hug.

Despite laughing over the other moments - which involved most of the boys being up to no good - Luca was left incensed by what he saw and let rip at Gemma.

He was accused of overreacting by fans on Twitter, with some of them accusing him of displaying "a lot of red flags".

Taking to his Instagram Stories, his family apologised for his "insensitive" behaviour" and that when he watches it back he will be "deeply embarrassed".

However, the account - run by his sister - also warned he is in an "intense environment where his emotions are heightened".

She revealed they had been receiving horrible death threats and that - as a result - they have been forced to turn the comments off on his social media.

They wrote: "I want to apologise on behalf of Luca for his insensitive reaction on last night's episode. I know that when he watches it back, he will be embarrassed and deeply apologetic.

"We as his family don't condone his behaviour last might, but we do understand he is in an intense environment where his actions are heightened. Last night was not reflective of the boy we all know and love at home.

"Please be aware death threats and nasty comments totally overstep the mark and something we has a family should not have to ensure, for this reason we have turned off the comments and messages.

"For all those who have sent messages checking in on us, we would like to thank you very much and we see you."
