Love Island's Amber Gill breaks silence after Greg O'Shea split

Amber Gill has spoken about her heartbreak after splitting from Greg O'Shea.

, from Gateshead, said she is in a good place after the pair called it a day, the Mirror reports.

Taking to Instagram, the Geordie hit out at trolls who claimed Anna Vakili and her sister Mandi would not let her "heal in peace".

"This woman is the best friend I could ever wish for she supports me 100%," Amber wrote of Anna.

"She has made me feel so good over these past few days and these comments need to stop."

Amber added: "I'm happy so why's everyone else so bothered.

"She's trying to make me happy not you so go about your business please."

Irishman Greg confirmed the couple had split up when he appeared on The Late Late Show.

The 24-year-old said: Me and Amber have been chatting the last few days and the whole thing about [breaking up] over text isn't true.

"But we need to be realistic about the situation, and the fact she's in the UK.

"We're both so busy and we need to take these

"She has every brand wanting to work with her, and I'm trying to make the team for the Olympics with the Ireland 7s.

"It was over a long time, it wasn't just one text."

Greg said he still had feelings for Amber and didn't rule out a reunion in the future.

He added: "I'm mad about her, and I hope she's mad about me too. Who knows what the future holds."
