But Geordie lothario Adam Collard has removed the final piece of ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott from his life after splitting up earlier this year.
Adam got a 'Z' tattooed on his hand after just three weeks of dating his then girlfriend last summer.
Now the personal trainer has had the initial covered up during a holiday in LA with his pal, fellow Love Islander, Wes Nelson.
Wes shared a video of his mate in a tattoo parlour on social media, writing: "What's going on here Adam?".
It isn't quite clear what the final tattoo is going to say, but the 'Z' appeared to be turning into an 'N'.

The tattoo trip comes as the boys are enjoying a lads holiday in America, alongside co-stars Jack Fowler and Sam Bird.
Over the last few days the boys have been sampling the delights of LA with trips to Venice Beach and Muscle Beach, among other tourist destinations.
Adam and Zara met in the 2018 season of the hit TV show but confirmed they had split up in February.
Taking to her Instagram story at the time, Zara said: "I am heartbroken to announce that Adam and I have parted ways.
"I love him very much and will always have a special place in my heart for him and the time spent together.
"I have tried so hard to be the best person I can possibly be and to make it work."
