Love Island reunion showdown as star says things WILL kick off after WhatsApp snub

Love Island saw its fair share of feuds but it appears that things may become heated at the reunion episode according to Anna-May Robey.

Anna-May, 20, appeared on the ITV2 dating show from the first episode of series nine before Australian bombshell arrivals Aaron and Jessie made the decision to cut her time in South Africa short.

But while the show ended less than a week ago, things haven't been plain sailing for the Islanders with Farmer Will recently branding his pal Casey O'Gorman a "snake" and "liar".

Speaking to the Mirror about the drama surrounding several Islanders, Anna-May believes that the reunion could see several at loggerheads.

"I'm so excited to see everyone at the reunion next week, maybe things could change," she said after discussing her villa friendships before adding: "I feel like a few things might be said, or some things might kick off in the reunion.

"Especially if we've got a little bit of an afterparty."

Reflecting on the recent drama, the Welsh beauty went on to say: "Tanyel she came out and said she didn't like Shaq and Tanya and Olivia.

"She watched it back and they swayed their opinions unless maybe it's passed now, it's been a while.

"The thing is with the reunion, ITV obviously sees that so they're probably going to sit them next to each other just to get a bit of TV out of it, they're so, so clever – if you didn't want anything to happen, you wouldn't say it."

Things may also become heated between Will and Casey after their recent falling out which happened live on Aftersun.

Reflecting on the recent Aftersun drama which saw Will brand Casey O'Gorman a "snake" over the Jessie Wynter "fake row", Anna-May said: "I feel like he's saying it in a jokey way but he's not joking.

"I do think he's quite irritated by it."

Earlier this week, Anna-May revealed that several Islanders have already distanced themselves from their group WhatsApp chat despite appearing to be a close-knit bunch.

She said: "We do have a WhatsApp group but it's not really been going off very much.

"Everybody's kind of gone their separate ways already – or maybe there's a divide."

Despite this, she remains in close contact with several of her co-stars and has even spoken to the Casa Amor bombshells.

Anna admits that she's on "good terms" with each cast member but says she would spend more time with a select few now they're in the outside world.

"I'd probably spend more time with Ellie, Zara and Olivia, the people I was closest to in there," she said.
