A top model boss said there has been a lot of interest from the Love Island producers to find the next Maura Higgins.
Derek Daniels from Assets Model Agency told the Irish Mirror: “We’ve already been inundated with interest in this set of models for Love Island, two girls in particular, but obviously I can’t say which ones.
“Every year the interest is growing in Irish talent and following Maura’s success last year, the Irish contingent are hot property.
“Maura had it all, looks and a great personality and that’s what the producers are after when they contact Assets.”

The Co Longford star has had a packed diary after being on Love Island.
The 29-year-old, who is dating dancer Curtis Pritchard after they became a couple on the hit show, is currently competing on Dancing On Ice.
Mr Daniels told how it’s the “quirky” girls and boys who are on the rise in a changing landscape.
The 51-year-old said: “There’s so much versatility now, there was a time when you had to be statuesque, the credentials were sort of a stereotypical model but now there’s huge interest in versatile looks.
“With technology now, we flick their photos to everywhere across the globe, but there’s no point in them saying they’d be up for it, if they aren’t willing to go oversees.”
Mr Daniels said the new talent are landing lucrative contracts, adding: “Kabu Odum, 20, came to us a few months ago, if I was to make a comparison between now and a few years back, I thought he might get the odd job.

“But he’s after landing several jobs, including a big ad campaign for a big high-profile bank campaign.
“They’ve all done work, there’s huge interest in Diana Jam Beeve, 18, we feel she could become an international star.
“Then there’s the more commercial market, people like Adrienne Mullen, 19, or 17-year old blonde Lauren Archer is a real smiler, so she’s more suited to commercial campaigns.”
