Love Island pals Jake and Brad 'speak every 10 minutes' as bromance grows stronger
Love Island's Jake Cornish and Brad McClelland have revealed they "speak every 10 minutes" of the day as their bromance grows stronger.
The former water engineer, 24, and labourer, 26, connected straight away when they met for the first time in the villa.
As the ITV2 dating show went on, fans started to notice their friendship, which was always full of laughter and banter.
Since coming out of the show, fans have questioned if they are still close, with the pair revealing that they are - and more than ever.
A Q&A on Brad's Instagram Story saw someone ask: "Are you in touch with Jake?"
Brad replied: "Of course I'm in touch with @jakecornish7. He's my villa day one best mate! We speak all the time and will be meeting up soon enough."
Jake reposted Brad's message to his own Story, adding: "Think it's every 10 minutes we speak. Now I'm out of bed, looks like I'm gonna go to the toon to see nana."
It comes after Chloe and Toby hinted they had no friends in the villa, and don't speak to anyone now.
The couple appeared on Heat's Under The Duvet series and she was asked if she would stay friends with the other Islanders, and she didn't know if they would.
Chloe said she finds it difficult to stay in touch with people, but she'd probably see her co-stars at celebrity events.
Both of them admitted that they didn't go out with the other Islanders after the Love Island reunion show, which they called "awkward".
Chloe said: "I was so tired and I had this whole thing with my dress. We were jumping in cabs and I just thought, no."
When she was asked if they'd stay friends with the other Islanders she paused, saying: "Maybe... I don't know.
"It's so hard to keep in touch, it's really hard.
"I'm so rubbish on my phone at the moment, people are belling off your phone, it's like give me a minute."
"I stop replying, it's really hard," she said, adding: "We'll see everyone at events and stuff."
