This year's Love Island series has so far left viewers disappointed as they search for some drama to spice up the show, but the wait might finally be over.
Last night's episode left viewers with a teaser of what is to come in tonight's show as PE teacher Hugo is left sobbing and two new bombshells enter the villa.
What did Hugo say?
In the first glimpse of some much-needed drama, Hugo is heard saying, "Well, obviously I didn't mean it maliciously," as he wipes away tears from his face.
Hugo is believed to have said something to offend lettings agent Faye Winter and civil servant Sharon Gaffka.
Whatever he said, it must be pretty bad as Hugo’s excuse of not meaning it “maliciously” and constant crying is clearly not enough for Faye to forgive him as she says, “I don’t give a f**k if he’s crying.”
As Faye storms off, fellow islander Jake Cornish is seen trying to comfort Hugo as he puts his head in his hands.
Two new bombshells
Tonight, the arrival of two new girls into the villa is sure to turn some heads as some of the boys have been getting cold feet in their current couplings.
Twenty-four-year-old Millie Court, who is a fashion buyer administer, has been single for over a year and said she is now "ready to find the one".
Millie has her eyes set on Liam and Brad, who have given the girls they have coupled up with the couple shoulder so, we could be in for a new coupling in the villa.
However, Millie has also expressed an interest in Toby, which is sure to cause ructions.
Toby is coupled up with Kaz, and the two are currently one of the show's favourites as they 'jumped into the deep end' last night and had their first kiss.
Millie said: “Liam is the type of guy that I normally go for… I love how tall he is. Toby has a cute personality, and I think he'll make me laugh.
“Brad has stunning blue eyes and an amazing body and a banging tan."
Irish link
The other girl who will enter the villa marks the first Irish link to the series.
Lucinda Strafford’s ex-boyfriend is Republic of Ireland footballer Aaron Connolly.
The couple dated for two years before he allegedly cheated on Lucinda during lockdown.
The Sun has reported that the couple were beginning to get close again before Lucinda decided to enter the villa, and apparently, Connolly isn’t happy about his ex taking part in the show.
Much like Millie, Lucinda has a fancy for Brad and Liam.
She said: "I really fancy Brad, and then possibly Liam. But, obviously, I'm open to getting to know any of the other boys. I feel like Brad probably doesn't like people as much as he's letting on."
