Love Island news: Caroline Flack gives fans a sneak peek at the villa ahead of new series

Caroline Flack has given Love Island fans a sneak peek at the new villa, less than one week before it opens its doors to a new batch of singletons.

The Love Island host risked “getting in trouble” to give her Instagram followers an exclusive look at the luxurious villa as she explored the Majorcan property for the first time this series.

“I’m in the bedroom,” Flack whispered as she walked through the room, before joking: “I’m going to get in so much trouble.”

Behind Flack, fans could see a number of double beds – all within touching distance of one another – with alternating blue and yellow covers.

The presenter than decided to show fans the colourful terrace before showing the “slo-mo” walking route she takes before delivering bad news.

“When I walk into the villa late at night, this is where I do my slo-mo walk,” Flack said. “Not that I actually walk in slow-motion but you know. This is the route I take.

“Down here. But I’ll take a shortcut for now because there are people working.”

Flack this week promised that the new Islanders are a “really good bunch” with “really good stories” to tell.

“They’re a really good bunch, you know. They’re a good bunch of characters. They’re in a really good point in their lives where they’re ready to find love,” she said.

“They’ve got some really good stories, I think you’re really going to like them.”

Among the cast are boxer Tommy Fury and professional dancer Curtis Pritchard, as well as a gym owner and a pharmacist who are all hoping to find their special somebody on the reality show.

Love Island is on ITV2, Monday at 9pm
