The intruder did not come into contact with any of the islanders but a big cleaning session was carried out in line with the show's Covid safety measures.

A Love Island spokesperson said: "Last night a security breach was identified and an intruder was removed from the villa with immediate effect.
"The safety of both our islanders and our production crew remains our primary concern.
"As part of our stringent COVID safety measures, the villa area that was trespassed has been fully deep cleaned before being made accessible again to the islanders and crew."
Show bosses have added extra security around the villa following the break-in.
YouTuber Omer Majid has told the Daily Star how he managed to breach security around the mansion after planning his route into the villa for days.
Despite getting into he garden, Omer didn't see or get close to the contestants.
The cast and crew had all been out in Mallorca isolating for two weeks ahead of the show launch last Monday.
As narrator Iain Stirling explained they formed a "sanitised sex bubble."
