Laura Whitmore has swapped the hot Spanish sunshine for a staycation in New Brighton.
Love Island presenter Laura shared a series of photos of herself in a bikini in the Wirral resort earlier today.
The summer series of Love Island has been cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic, meaning Laura has had to holiday elsewhere this year.
Ensuring she stood out from the crowd Laura wore a rainbow Tommy Hilfiger bikini as she took a dip in the sea.
She shared three photos, two staring out to sea and one as she came back to the beach from the waves.
Her boyfriend and Love Island voiceover Iain Stirling was nowhere to be seen, but he may have been behind the camera.
In all three of the pics in the background the docks can be clearly seen.
It's not known why the star chose to take a break in New Brighton, but it seemed Laura was missing the sunshine as she captioned the photo: "F*****g freezing #staycation2020."
And her fans were quick to praise the 35-year-old's bravery for taking a dip.
