Love Island airs trouble in paradise for Amy and Curtis tonight, in the fallout to Amy’s disapproval of Lucie making things official with Joe just hours after she and her man went exclusive.
After spending time in The Hideaway, Curtis asked Amy to be his ‘half-girlfriend’, and the pair told the islanders they were now exclusive.
A day later, in the same episode, Lucie and Joe went on a date and returned with the same news, appearing very loved up.
Amy was seen accusing Lucie of stealing her thunder, saying: “It's a bit of a coincidence that on the night me and Curtis announce we are exclusive that someone else does as well.”
She was seen offloading to Curtis, admitting she wasn’t able to spend as much time with Lucie too because she was always with Joe.
But things don’t go to plan in the next instalment, as Amy appears to fall out with Lucie and Curtis.
A teaser sees her telling the surfer about their lack of time together, leading to tears.
But there’s tears from Amy too, after Curtis tries to reason with her over Lucie, as she continues to feel annoyed about her stealing her thunder.
Amy brings up the coupling news again, telling him: “It was our time and our exciting thing.”
Curtis isn’t so sure though, backing up Lucie and saying: “It was the day after,” clearly trying to stop any feuding.
While Lucie is seen crying with Joe, telling him her pal is “being weird” despite being one of her closest friends, Amy is also seen blubbering on the balcony.
She tearfully tells Amber and Molly-Mae: “He’s getting really annoyed and I just don’t wanna push him away.”
Will the pair be able to sort things out, and will she and Lucie clear the air? Viewers will have to tune in tonight to find out!
