Filming on the 2019 series of Love Island has almost started, with host Caroline Flack revealing that the new contestants have already been chosen for the phenomenally popular ITV2 show.
Flack, who shared the news on her Instagram account that she'd woken with a bad back and almost couldn't make it into work, posted about returning to filming this week.
She said: "What's really exciting about this week is that we start filming for Love Island 2019.
"And by the end of the week I'm going to have potentially have seen the cast for this year which is really exciting - and mad that's it's come around this fast.
"So I'll let you know what happens.
"It's going to be a mad, hot summer and all that!"
But yesterday she revealed in her Instagram Story video that she'd woken with severe back pain, but that she was on her way to get it sorted: " I went to an osteopath really early and they said I have a wonky pelvis, which was quite a revelation for a Tuesday!

She continued: "I then went to a physio who massaged my bum cheek for an hour which was really nice...
"And then I had a really lovely masseuse to my house and massage my back."
Caroline signed off: "Thank you to everyone who helped me out today. I thought I wasn't going to be able to go to work but with some firm action and some bum loving I can. Hurrah."
