Love Island 'has a third SECRET villa' that is never shown on TV

Love Island has a secret third villa that viewers never see, it has now been revealed.

Viewers are familiar with the lavish main Mallorca villa and the second Casa Amor.

However, now former islander Georgia Steel has revealed there's another property not far from the main villa where dumped islanders are sent.

Speaking to the Daily Star Online , she revealed that islanders are put "on lockdown" after leaving the villa, where they don't have access to their phones or social media for two days.

Revealing exactly what happens when you leave, Georgia added: "It is a hotel or a villa. When I came out I went to a villa.

"I was in the villa for two days when I first came out. You have no family and friends in there.

"It's literally just you and the ITV team and that's it. "

Georgia added that despite being in isolation, she never felt lonely as she was comfortable enough with the producers having spent the whole series filming with them.

This isn't the only secret from behind the scenes on the show, as a revealing Reddit thread from someone claiming to be a former producer on the programme revealed much more that viewers never see.

The alleged ex employee – whose identity is said to have been verified by the website's moderators – claimed bosses micro-managed everything from what conversations go on to who is dumped.

When quizzed whether producers "manipulate the show" based on "who they want to win" and organise dumpings and twists to accommodate their "favourite couples," the source boldly stated: "Yeah absolutely."

Revealing that show bosses are constantly making an "informed decision" about who should stay in, they added: "They’re deciding who makes best TV, who is the most frustrating to work with and such things. It’s not just one person saying 'oh no I like them'."
