Four couples were left in the competition on Monday night, competing to take home the £50,000 prize.
They were Miss Court and Mr Reardon; Teddy Soares and Faye Winter; Kaz Kamwi and Tyler Cruickshank; and Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran.
Laura Whitmore hosted the live final - which was held in front of a small live audience at the Love Island Villa in Mallorca.
Miss Court and Mr Reardon won the show - with Mr Reardon asking his partner if she would be his girlfriend in their final interview.
The couple, favourites to win the competition, were then asked whether they would split the £50,000 prize money or share it with Miss Court deciding to share the cash.
Runners up were Miss Burrows and Mr Aromolaran.
In third place was Mr Soares and Miss Winter.
In fourth place was Miss Kamwi and Mr Cruickshank.
All of the couples recalled their experiences on the show - with a video montage of their relationships shown during their final interviews.
Host Ms Whitmore, 36, gave fans a glimpse of her outfit - an embellished white blazer dress - on social media before the show began.
During their final morning in the Mallorcan villa, the Love Island finalists were woken by a text which announced they would be taking part in a salsa dance class ahead of the winners being announced.
A second text told the female contestants they would be leaving the villa to visit a spa.
In the episode, the male contestants wrote declarations of love to their partners.
During his declaration of love, Mr Reardon recalled his “special” first kiss with Miss Court before apologising for his dalliance with Lillie Haynes during his trip to rival villa Casa Amor.
He said: “I then had a challenge thrown my way and I was so sorry for what I had done. Seeing you distraught and I never want to see you that way ever again.”
Meanwhile, Mr Aromolaran used his speech to ask Miss Burrows to be his girlfriend. Earlier, he’d said he was worried his letter to Miss Burrows would be “so soppy”.
Love Island’s 2019 winner Amber Gill praised Mr Aromolaran for the move.
She wrote on Twitter: “Who would have thought TOBY would ask the best way out of everyone!”
On Sunday, Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish, who had been coupled up since the first episode of the show, called time on their romance and left the villa - giving up a place in the final.

In the penultimate episode of the series, the islanders received socially distanced visits from their friends and families.
Mr Soares’ brothers Sidney and Carlos used the visit to criticise Ms Winter over her treatment of her partner during her expletive-laden rant a few weeks ago.
Mr Soares’ brothers branded Ms Winter’s movie night outburst “terrible” and “really bad.
Almost 25,000 people complained to Ofcom following Miss Winter’s lengthy expletive-laden outburst at her partner after the islanders were played a clip of Mr Soares telling Clarisse Juliette, who was eliminated earlier in the series, that he was attracted to her.
Some 24,763 people complained to the watchdog about the episode on August 6, which led to the couple temporarily splitting up.
