Love Island fans are convinced Anton Danyluk has been planted by producers to manipulate the other couples.
The Scottish hunk has stayed single during his time in the villa and regularly gives advice to all the other islanders.
Now viewers are sharing a wild theory that Anton is actually working for the TV company and is not there to find love himself.
Many have pointed out that Anton regularly sows the seed of doubt into the minds of the other contestants and pushes them in one direction or the other.
One fan tweeted: "New Love Island theory Anton is a plant.
"He’s not in to any of the girls, he’s there to stir up drama, add some humour and give gay best friend style pep talks and advice."
Another wrote "I feel like the producers planted Anton... to f**k s**t up."
Another suggested that Curtis Pritchard is also handing out advice on behalf of production staff as he's regularly seen helping the other stars out of sticky situations.
They wrote: "I wonder if Curtis was put in there to be counsellor And Anton is there as a mole to stir things up from time to time."
Anton has spent a lot of time in the villa single as he's yet to find someone he clicks with.
He's currently coupled with fellow single Lucie just as friends as they wait for newbies to arrive.
The former naked butler is often seen handing out advice and this week, he stepped in to help Maura and Tom after their argument.
Anton also tried to help smooth things out between Tommy and Molly-Mae after he was exposed as having told the others the Insatgrammer was "playing a game".
