Love Island 2020 islander Sophie Piper made her debut in the villa for the winter version of the show on Sunday night.
She wasn't heard mentioning her famous sister, and lookalike, Rochelle Humes at all throughout the launch episode.
But fans of the show claimed the star was "desperate" to make the announcement, even setting up the conversation for an islander to bring it up.
Viewers couldn't get over how much the siblings look like one another, with some even questioning if Rochelle herself had entered the villa.
Taking to Twitter , fans said it was only a matter of time before Sophie dropped the bombshell.
Sophie had mentioned she was close to her sisters before adding "we all look the same".
Viewers took this as her way of encouraging her co-stars to notice who she looked like, so she could name drop Rochelle.
One fan said: "Paige and Sophie waiting to mention her ex is Lewis Capaldi and her sister is Rochelle from the Saturdays."
Another tweeted: "'I’m so close to my sisters. We all look the same.' - Sophie’s trying SOO hard to tell someone that Rochelle is her sister."
A third added: "When Sophie was talking about her family she was dying to say her sis was Rochelle legit dropping hints 'me and my sisters are identical' surprised she didn't break into a Saturdays performance as a clue."
This was echoed by another fan who said: "Sophie is dying to tell us who her sister is, just say Rochelle Humes I’m on my knees I’m begging you."
Others couldn't get over how alike the siblings were, with many surprised she hadn't been asked about Rochelle.
A fan commented: "Sophie just reminds me of Rochelle."
A second agreed: "Sophie and Rochelle look more like twins than Eve and Jess do!"
Meanwhile another said: "Sophie on love island is Rochelle Humes' sister no wonder they look alike."
