Dom Lever took to social media to share a heartwarming message for his wife Jess Shears' 27th birthday but Love Island fans were quick to point out something odd.
The former Love Islander shared a montage of sweet snaps of the pair over the years alongside a tear-jerking note praising his "worldie."
He wrote: "Happy birthday to my Wife and the mother of my children.
"Not to mention an absolute worldie! I hope you have an amazing day. Love you."
But eagle-eyed fans couldn't help but notice Dom's use of the plural "children," despite the fact the pair only have one child.
While some people wondered whether Jess is pregnant, others suggested that he could be referring to their dogs.
One said: "Mother of your children..." adding a few suspicious eye emojis for good measure.
Another commented: "Is Jess pregnant again with Dom saying children instead of child?"
A third suggested: "Children meaning his son and the dogs maybe?"
And: "Happy birthday Jess .... wait children? As in more than one?" said a fourth.
The pair met on season three of Love Island and the rest was history.
Dom quickly popped the question only three months after leaving the villa, the night before the TV Choice Awards.
Before giving birth to their adorable son last year, they had two wedding ceremonies - one was staged live on Good Morning Britain which Jess confirmed wasn't real, and the other took place in Mykonos, Greece in 2018.
